The rally is headquartered at the town park in the small mountain town of Paonia, Colorado just a mile off of CO-133, part of the West Elk Scenic Byway. Paonia’s setting beneath 11,400 ft. Mt. Lamborn is spectacular and is a great central base from which to launch whatever type of motorcycle adventure one chooses as there is tremendous riding for all in a concentrated area. There are three National Parks or Monuments close by as well as eight scenic byways, one rated as the most technical in Colorado. The city park at rally central features acres of camping on lush grass underneath mature shade trees. There are showers, clean restrooms, food vendors and an event center on site as well as quiet camping and R.V. parking at the nearby high school. Airbnbs and motels are available and restaurants are within walking distance. Included in your nominal fee is camping, Saturday Night meal, beer garden, endless tea and coffee, and two nights of live music from nationally recognized bands.
