The Gateway Riders held their annual picnic and July general meeting in the Dogwood Shelter at Greensfelder Park. The Saturday event kicked off at 11:00 am with a lively general meeting where everyone was filled in with all the important details of our upcoming Gateway Riders 50th Falling Leaf Rally scheduled for October 10 – 12, 2025.
This fall the club rally will be extra special as we celebrate our 50th Falling Leaf Rally. From the first official club rally held in 1976 to this year’s celebration at Garrison’s River Resort in Steelville, MO, we expect to build upon our past memorable rallies with even more special events and activities. Photographer Phil Shoulberg snapped the official 2025 Group Picnic photo right after our delicious pulled pork and hamburger picnic. Of course we had all the great picnic sides from corn-on-the-cob to chocolate brownies brought as potluck offerings from our members. Glenn Phillips handed out some door prizes including a Stop-and-Go tire repair kit. Lots of fun for everyone.
