This year’s 2025 50th Falling Leaf Rally is coming up fast on Friday, October 10, 2025 through Sunday, October 12, 2025. We’re returning to Garrison’s River Resort, 287 Hwy TT, Steelville, Missouri.

Join us this fall for the “Best End-Of-Season Camping Rally.” Here is our three-day rally schedule thanks to the many Gateway Riders’ members who’ve volunteered to make this the best 50th Falling Leaf Rally to date.

FRIDAY

7:00 – 10:00 AM Free coffee, lemonade, tea, and cocoa at Event Center.
10:00 AM Registration opens.
10:00 AM Door Prize containers will be available for tickets. (Event Center)
12:00 PM Group Ride for ice cream/lunch. Meet in front of the Event Center by 11:50 AM with a full tank of gas. We will go to the ice cream shoppe followed by a scenic ride. Returning around 3 PM.
5:30 – 7:00 PM Hamburger Dinner. Served in the Event Center. Must have a meal wrist band.
6:00 PM Registration closes.
TBD Karaoke (Karaoke pavilion)
11:00 PM QUIET TIME.

SATURDAY

7:00 – 10:00 AM Free coffee, tea, lemonade, cocoa at the Event Center.
8:00 AM Registration opens and volunteer sign-up.
9:00 AM GS Ride meeting at Event Center, ride will leave at 9:15. Must be comfortable on gravel. Dry or wet conditions may affect the route.
10:00 AM Ice Cream lunch ride. Meet at the Event Center @ 9:50 with a full tank of gas.
12:00 PM Volunteer pizza luncheon at the Event Center (confirm attendance at the Registration pavilion).
2:00 PM Deadline for door prize tickets. Deadline for rider award submission (Event Center).
3:30 – 4:30 PM Door Prize winning numbers will be posted at the Event Center on the front door windows – pick up door prizes by 4:30pm
4:00 PM Registration Closes
4:45 PM Gateway Riders members group picture (Event Center).
5:00 PM Anvil Blast Opening Ceremony (Baseball Field) – secure any pets!!
5:10 PM Announcements / Recognitions.
5:30 PM Anvil Blast Closing Ceremony (Baseball Field) – secure any pets!!
5:30 – 7:00 PM Seasoned Chicken Dinner—Must have meal wristband (Event Center).
7:30 – 10:00 PM Fireworks & Bonfire – bring a chair.
TBD Karaoke (Karaoke pavilion)
11:00 PM QUIET TIME

SUNDAY

7:00 – 9:00 AM Coffee in Event Center
10:00 AM Rally Ends

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Registration must be completed to receive entrance wristband, door prize tickets, and other relevant information. All rally attendees MUST have a wristband. Day Pass registrants must also get a wrist band. You will not be allowed to enter the event center without a wristband. Meals will only be served to those who have a meal wristband.
  • Door Prize tickets go into the ticket boxes located in the events center. They must be in by 2:00 PM Saturday. Winners will be posted at the entrance to the Event Center by 3:30pm. Prizes must be claimed by 4:30 PM!
  • Riders must sign up for riding awards no later than 2 PM Saturday at the prize table.
  • Coffee, Cocoa, Lemonade and Tea will be available in the Event Center on limited basis from 7AM – 10 AM
  • The Garrison Store at the front of the campground also has drinks and food, as well as other convenience items and firewood for sale.
  • There are showers and bathrooms near the front of the campground. Restrooms are also located at the shower house.
  • There are no medical facilities on site. Closest hospital is Missouri Baptist Sullivan (30 miles north on I-44).
  • Pets must always be leashed. Secure animals during anvil launch on Saturday due to loud blast noise.
  • All Garrison Campground rules must be followed while attending The Falling Leaf Rally.
  • Bonfires are not allowed. Gateway Riders will host a group bonfire Saturday night. Small campfires are allowed in designated fire rings on the campground.
  • Free firewood will be available for attendees until supply runs out. Garrisons camp store sells firewood.
  • Store and Office Hours:
    • Friday……….8:00AM to 7:00PM
    • Saturday……8:00AM to 4:00PM
