Ohio congressman Troy Balderson, a BMW RT rider, advocates for motorcycle interest. He co-sponsors the Motorcycle Advisory Council and minimizing M/C-specific checkpoints. Also in the Congressional M/C Caucus he’s there to oversee the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.

WASHINGTON D.C. — The AMA signed onto a letter delivered to newly confirmed Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Michael Regan, opposing an EPA proposal that would weaken or eliminate the warning label for E15 fuel. The coalition included the AMA, the Boat Owners Association of The United States, Briggs & Stratton, the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas, the Motorcycle Industry Association, the Motorcycle Riders Foundation, the National Marine Manufacturers Association and the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute. These organizations all represent the manufacturers and consumers of products that cannot use E15 fuel and could be damaged by misfuelling due to inadequate labeling at the pump.
