Note:  The ride starting points depend on the direction we are going.  See the list below:

 

NORTH:  The west side of the Home Depot parking lot, between New Halls Ferry & Old Halls Ferry, south side of I270 in North County.   NOTE: We used to meet on the east side of the lot.

 

SOUTH: The McStop at Peveley (Exit 180 off I55 at Z) OR the Dierburg’s Mall on Hwy 21, just south of I270 (on the L/H side at the first light).

 

WEST: The Quick Trip off I70 by I370 at Mid Rivers Mall (on the north side in St. Peters) OR the BP, just south of Hwy. 40 (I64) on Long Road, OR the MotoMart, on Hwy. 141, just north of I44.

 

EAST: The Dierburg’s or Home Depot – See above.

 

Shop Rides: Forever Endeavor has shop rides every third Saturday of the month, typically meet at 8:00 / leave 8:15 (next rides are March 17 & April 21), followed by a hearty breakfast.  Meet at 21 East 5th Street, Eureka, MO. 63025  636-938-7336     Check first because of the weather and time of year.

 

Gateway BMW typically has shop rides the third Sunday of the month (next rides are March 18 & April 15).  Stop by for donuts and coffee at 8:30. The ride starts at 9’ish.  Check their website http://www.gatewaybmw.com  for announcements of changes in dates and meeting places.  For info, call 314-427-9090.  Check first because of the weather and time of year. 

 

* Feb. 5: Super Bowl Party with Bill and Judy; Come see the house renovations.  Bring snacks and your favorite beverage.  The game starts in the late afternoon (around 5 PM), show up 1 hr. before game time for pre-game festivities. 12334 Trearcy Ln., St. Louis (off of New Ballas, south of I64). Note: The Motorcycle Show isn’t coming to St. Louis this year.  The closest location will be in Chicago on Feb. 10-12.  Stay tuned to see if Gateway BMW takes a group up like a couple years ago.

 

Feb. 14:  No Valentine’s Day party this year.  Phil Sulfstede is hosting a St. Patrick’s Day party instead.

 

* Feb. 15: Wednesday General Meeting at Spazio’s in the Comfort Inn at 12031 Lackland Road.  Exit Page at Lackland Rd.  Arrive no later than 6:30 if you plan on eating.  Meeting starts at 7:30 sharp.

 

* Feb. 26: “Woo’s Folly” ride to Diamond Mineral Springs.  Meet on the west side of the Home Depot between New Halls Ferry & Old Halls Ferry on the south side of I270 in North County at 9:45 AM/Leave 10:15.  (We’ll take cars if the weather is bad.)         Jeff Ackerman 314-838-2161

 

* March 3: (Saturday)           Rider’s Choice – Hopefully it’s a nice spring day for a long ride.  Ride to the Clarksville Inn, or maybe the Lighthouse restaurant, across the Mississippi Bridge at Louisiana or something in Hannibal. Meet at the Quick Trip (see above) at 9:30 / Leave 10:00          Ride Leader Needed  

 

* March 11: Annual spring ride to St. John’s Gildehaus for the chicken dinner. Meet at BP on Long Road (see above) at 9:00 / Leave 9:30.              Jeff Ackerman                       314- 838-2161

 

* March 17:  St. Patrick’s Day party with Phil Sulfstede at 2 pm.  Bring a snack and your favorite photos plus we will have a “game afternoon”.  Beer and soda will be provided.  675 Gateswood Dr. in Florissant.  Please RSVP at 314-838-9179

* March 24: (Saturday) Spring Tech Session for the new season at Dave Leligdon’s from 8 till 2.  2 Autumn Peak Court, in Summit Heights sub-division, just off Hwy 141 and Hwy 30, Fenton, MO.  314-575-9454

 

* March 25: Rider’s Choice– Hopefully your bike is ready to go after yesterday’s tech session and it’s a nice spring day for a long ride.  Maybe try MO HICKS barbeque or whatever else the group decides on.  Meet at the BP on Long Rd. (see above) at 9:30/Leave 10:00.   Ride Leader Needed

 

* April 1: Rider’s Choice on April fool’s Day– Hopefully it’s a nice spring day for a long ride.  Ride to the Anvil Inn in Ste. Genevieve or the Midway Grill in Weingarten or maybe Lisa Marie’s in Prairie Du Rocher.  Meet at the Dierburg’s Mall on Hwy 21, (see above) at 9:00/Leave 9:30     Ride Leader Needed

 

* April 14: (Saturday) Ride to Pioneer’s Cabin family style restaurant in Willisville, IL. (northeast of Chester).   Meet at the Dierburg’s Mall at 9:00/Leave 9:30      Phil Sulfstede 314-838-9179

 

* April 18: Wednesday General Meeting at Spazio’s in the Comfort Inn at 12031 Lackland Road.  Exit Page at Lackland Rd.  Arrive no later than 6:30 if you plan on eating.  Meeting starts at 7:30 sharp.

 

* April 22: Back roads ride to Kampsville.  Jeff will lead a group on some gravel and other backroads up to Kampsville – suitable for any bike you don’t mind getting dirty.  We should also have a paved road only group.  Meet on the west side of the Home Depot between New Halls Ferry & Old Halls Ferry on the south side of I270 in North County at 9:30 AM/Leave 10:00.   Jeff Ackerman 314-838-2161
